Orange Farms SAPS are investigating a case of double murder following the murder of a 40-year-old man and 27-year-old woman on Saturday, 15 April, in Orange Farm Ext 3.
SAPS spokesperson, Sgt Thembeka Maxambela, said: “At about 3am, police were summoned to a double murder crime scene. Upon arrival, they found a deceased male who sustained gunshot wounds on the head and the deceased female who also sustained gunshot wounds on her upper body.”
Maxambela added: “The motive for the killing is unknown. According to an eyewitness who was with the deceased, they were attacked by three unknown males for reasons unknown to them. Three 9mm spent cartridges were found on the scene and collected for evidence and investigation.”
