Brigadier Mxolisi Edwin Nama has been appointed as Provincial Head: Serious and Violent Crime Investigations.
Brig Nama holds a National Diploma and Bachelor of Technology in Policing obtained in 2000 and 2001 respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Laws obtained in 2012.
He also completed various internal courses that include, amongst others; Executive Development Learning Programme, Basic Fraud Investigators Course and Station Management Learning Programme.
Brig Nama is a seasoned detective with 21 years as an officer, in the detectives environment. He was the commander for Anti-Gang Investigation unit since 2021.
