A hard-fought 2–1 victory over Young Players Development secured championship honours for the winning side at Inhlonipho Primary School in Orange Farm Ext 2 on 4 October.
The second edition of the Jazzman Challenges Super 16 Cup delivered an entertaining final at the venue opposite Gawuloz, with tournament organiser Shakes praising both teams.
“Both teams displayed excellent performances and gave us beautiful football to watch,” he said.
Shakes also thanked One Stars FC’s parents, particularly the mothers who arrived in numbers to cheer on the boys.
“Their presence highly motivated the boys. They fought until the last minute of the game,” he said.
