The association has congratulated the President of the Johannesburg Football Association (JFA) following his re-election, praising his leadership, vision and commitment to the growth of football.
The Orange Farm Local Football Association (OFLFA) said it believes his continued leadership will help take football in Johannesburg to greater heights while strengthening the development of the game at grassroots level.
OFLFA Secretary Patrick Mokwena said the association appreciates the guidance and support received from the JFA leadership and looks forward to building a stronger relationship moving forward.
“His re-election is a reflection of the confidence that football structures have in his leadership. We are learning immensely from his wisdom, experience and passion for the beautiful game. His commitment inspires us to do more for our players, our communities and the future of football,” said Mokwena.
Mokwena added that OFLFA is committed to working closely with the JFA to create more opportunities for players, empower young talent and strengthen football structures.
“We are ready to be led and to work together with the JFA structures as we continue building stronger teams and using football to unite our communities,” he said.
OFLFA wished the JFA president success in his new term, saying it remains committed to contributing towards the growth and development of football in the region.
