Young footballers from Orange Farm and surrounding communities will have an opportunity to compete for places in Ambitiouz Sporting’s squad at trials on 31 October.
The Pro Trials Day will take place at Daxina Grounds in Lenasia South, starting at 8am. Trials are open to under-13 and under-15 girls and under-11 boys.
Coach Kgemisis said the recruitment forms part of preparations for an upcoming tour.
“We are building our squad for an upcoming tour and looking for young players who are ready to work hard and grow with the team. We encourage players from Orange Farm and surrounding areas to come to the trials and show us what they can do,” Kgemisi said.
Entry is free, with registration taking place on the day. Participants must bring a copy of their ID, football boots and a water bottle.
