Dynamic Afro-pop duo Amadripp Shibiliza, comprising of Ngcwele Xulu and Thapelo Skhakhane, is gearing up for the release of their debut album – Inkunzi Isematholeni – slated to drop on 15 February.
The duo, known for their unique sound and impactful lyrics, has made waves in the music scene with their previous Amapiano EP – Mama – available in various digital music streaming platforms. ” Inkunzi Isematholeni aims to inspire and uplift those who may have lost hope, we believe that one must endure challenges, symbolized as living like a slave, to emerge triumphant as a king. The album has 15 tracks, featuring collaborations with Apeazy Yalwa, Bongeka, Mshembesi, and Tjaroo. The production was skillfully handled in Lakeside by Veesoul and in Orange Farm by Detalk,” the Duo told Orange Farm News.
Listeners can anticipate a diverse range of themes in the album, including love, motivation, and inspiration, all bundled with an undercurrent of happiness. The main track, “Ziyawa Tonight,” has already been teased on YouTube.
