A local cultural group from Palmsprings, Noble Virgins, has received a prestigious invitation to represent South Africa at the upcoming Africa Cultural and Trade Expo in Lesotho this September.
The event, hosted by M Legacy Tour and Adventure International, aims to bring together traditional groups and entrepreneurs from across the continent to celebrate African heritage, unity, and tourism.
The Africa Cultural and Trade Expo will take place from 2–7 September 2025 in Ha ‘Meta Mokhotlong, Lesotho. Dignitaries including kings, ministries of tourism and cultural leaders from over 15 African countries are expected to attend.
The celebration will also include a special visit to His Majesty’s palace on 3 September. M Legacy is building an Africa Cultural Village Park in Mokhotlong to promote “The Kingdom in the Sky,” Africa’s first village park model.
Noble Virgins’ presence at the event would be an inspiration to other African nations and a proud moment for South Africa. However, the group is currently appealing for financial assistance to cover their transport and accommodation costs. They are asking for support from community members, businesses and cultural patrons to help them showcase South Africa’s rich traditions on an international stage.

Let’s help Noble Virgins raise the South African flag high in Lesotho!
