At just 19 years old, Anton Selinda from Drieziek 3 is proving that passion and purpose can go hand-in-hand. Living with albinism and having recently matriculated in 2024, Anton wasted no time in turning his dreams into action.
In December- just weeks after completing high school-he launched Tony’s Online Store, a digital business that sells cosmetics and the latest fashion trends. But what sets Anton apart is not just his hustle-it’s his heart. Alongside running his business, Anton is on a mission to make a difference in his community by donating sanitary pads to young girls who cannot afford them.
“I know what it’s like to face challenges and I believe every girl deserves dignity. Donating sanitary pads is my way of giving back and making sure no one is left behind because of something so basic,” Anton told Orange Farm News.
He now calls on potential sponsors and donors to support his initiative so he can continue reaching more young girls in need.
“My goal is to grow my business while still uplifting my community. With the right support, I believe I can do both,” he added.
