Amapiano duo Terrific Tone and Mampara Djy, real names Khayelihle Ndlovu and Ntlakanipho Msebenzi, are set to release their debut album Project 40 on 2 April. The project introduces their move into working as independent artists.

The pair started making music in 2020 and focus on amapiano and deep house. Over the years, they have performed at venues such as Paradise Pub & Grill in Vosloorus, Soweto Power Park and Metsing in Orange Farm, building a local following.

“Project 40 shares our story as we take a new direction in our music journey. It reflects our growth and our decision to take full control of our work as independent artists,” said the duo.

The album will be available on platforms including Spotify, YouTube and Boomplay, as they aim to reach more listeners and grow their presence in the music scene..
