Ext 6b’s Jonathan Mvelo Nkonyane is steadily building his identity in music, shaped by early passion, experimentation, and constant creative growth.
Raised in Orange Farm, Mvelo first developed a love for music through dancing and rapping, showing a natural feel for rhythm from a young age. By 13, he had already started taking music more seriously, drawing inspiration from a wide range of artists and sounds.
His journey has been defined by exploration and learning, as he studied different styles to improve his craft while gradually working toward developing a unique sound of his own.
One of his early releases, Intro.Spect, available on SoundCloud, reflects his ongoing musical direction and creative expression as he continues to refine his style.
“I am still trying to find and build my own sound through constant experimenting and learning from different styles of music,” said Jonathan Mvelo.
