South Africans looking for practical guidance on preparing for retirement can tune in to EastWave Radio on Tuesday, 4 August, at 3:20pm.

The Association for Savings and Investment South Africa (ASISA) will host the discussion, which will focus on building financial security before retirement and managing money during retirement.

A qualified financial planner will share practical tips on saving for retirement, handling finances after retirement and answering common retirement-related financial questions.

The programme is aimed at both working listeners who are still preparing for retirement and retired people seeking better ways to manage their money.

With the cost of living placing pressure on many households, the discussion will encourage listeners to plan ahead, make informed financial decisions and save according to what they can afford.

ASISA’s message to the public is clear: “Save what you can – your future depends on it.”

Listeners can tune in to EastWave Radio at 3:20pm to follow the conversation.
