Sanele Radebe and Siphosihle Mkhwanazi, known as Tom and Jerry, have launched Team Sancah Dance Academy located in Lakeside Ext 5, aimed at empowering young people through dance and education. This innovative approach will see academic excellence and artistic passion go hand in hand.
The academy offers homework assistance every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, supported by dedicated tutors. Learners also gain access to a fully equipped computer room, helping them bridge the digital divide and develop essential skills.
Beyond academics, Team Sancah Academy provides a state-of-the-art dance studio where aspiring performers can showcase their talents. Regular performances and events help students gain experience and build confidence in their craft.
Sanele Radebe told Orange Farm News: “We want to give young people opportunities beyond just dance,” said . “This is about helping them grow, both in their education and their artistic abilities.”
The academy has exciting plans ahead, including its first major event on 5 April and a dance tour to Mpumalanga in May, where dancers, singers and performers will showcase their skills.
Dance classes are led by 201TomandJerry, celebrated TikTok dancers known for their electrifying moves and expert guidance.
