Ext 8’s twin rap duo, Sandile and Andile Zondo, known as AmaGoduka, released their latest single ‘Naledi’ late last month. This track is the first glimpse into their highly anticipated coming project ‘Ithemba Lamavukane’.
The release of ‘Naledi’ marks a fresh and exciting chapter for AmaGoduka, showcasing their growth and versatility in the South African hip hop scene. The single promises to captivate listeners with its infectious energy and heartfelt lyrics, staying true to the duo’s authentic style.

The twins made their mark in 2017 with their debut hit ‘Isililo’ gaining popularity in Gauteng and KZN. Their rise continued in 2020 with a notable feature on Big Zulu’s award-winning album ‘Ichwane Lenyoka’ alongside Zuluboy on the track ‘Khala Amabhinca’. Last year, they dropped the EP ‘Inhlulabeyivimba’ and have worked with top artists like Nomfundo Moh, Anzo, Mnqobi Yazo and MusiholiQ.
Their blend of isiZulu with hip hop reflects influences from Maskandi legend Mfaz’Omnyama and Mama Busi Mhlongo.
AmaGoduka credits Mashayabuqe kaMamba and Zuluboy for inspiring them to pursue music full-time and their star continues to rise in the South African music scene.
