Effort Bhebhe Easter Tournament returns for Its 6th year!
Get ready, Orange Farm! The Effort Bhebhe Easter Tournament is back, bigger and better than ever! From 19 to 20 April, United Future Stars and Meals on Wheels, in partnership with Sport and Recreation, will be hosting this prestigious annual tournament at Extension 1 Grounds.
This tournament isn’t just about football-it’s about uplifting the community, keeping young people engaged in positive activities and providing a platform for raw talent to shine. Young boys (U17) and girls will battle it out on the field, displaying passion, skill and determination.
Now in its 6th year, the tournament has continued to grow, changing lives and opening doors for young athletes. Over the years, many players have used this platform to gain recognition.
Coach Nkunzi, told Orange Farm News: “To keep this initiative thriving, we are calling on businesses, community members and sports lovers to come on board as sponsors or donors. Your support-whether in the form of kits, equipment, refreshments or financial contributions-will go a long way in making this year’s tournament a success!”
“Join us as we celebrate talent, passion, and community unity through sport,” said the organisers.
