Vaal’s LilBoy Rsa breaks new ground in hip-hop scene

Neo Nale (19) better known by his stage name LilBoy Rsa, has become a trailblazing young artist from the Vaal, taking the South African hip-hop scene by storm.

LilBoy Rsa’s journey began in Grade 5, setting the stage for his future in music. In 2019, he started representing the New Wave and Vaal Hip-Hop, landing performance gigs at popular Johannesburg spots like Braamfontein, Newtown, Marshall Town and Maboneng. While in high school, LilBoy Rsa hosted two events in 2022, demonstrating his talents not only as a rapper but also as an event organiser.

His versatile skills extend beyond music; he’s an actor, director, booking agent and performer, with appearances on SABC 1’s Generations: The Legacy, Kids News, MTV Shuga Down South, and Cape Town TV.

This year, he has been making waves with his Vaal High School Tour, bringing a lineup of motivational performances to schools across the Vaal Circle. He recently collaborated on a track with his role model, J Molley, a significant milestone in his career. His music can be heard on major stations such as YFM, Ukhozi FM, Metro FM, Sportscene Studio, Thetha FM, Emalahleni FM, Hillbrow Radio and Sedibeng FM.

LilBoy Rsa has also shared the stage with top talents, including Emtee, Stilo Magolide, Zee Nxumalo, Reece Madlisa, Bassie, Megadrumz, DJ Kaymoworld, Eemoh, TManXpress and many more. His success has already made him an inspiration to young fans across the Vaal and beyond.
