Fury Rampage overcomes life’s trials with ‘Salvation’ EP and new single ‘Articulate’ showcasing his resilience
Fury Rampage, a 23-year-old rapper, singer and producer, has been making waves in the music industry with his powerful and heartfelt creations. Next month, he will release a single titled ‘Articulate’.
Starting his rap journey in 2012 at just 11 years old, Fury recorded his first track in 2014, which quickly gained popularity in Drieziek. With a decade of experience, he has collaborated with various local artists, drawing inspiration from underground MC Mothipa and receiving pivotal support from his brother, Bongani Ndlovu.
In 2021, Fury was signed by the local label Morlyf Music, leading to the release of his highly successful EP ‘The Greatest EP’ which garnered over 2,000 plays on Audiomack.
His talent was recognised with nominations for Artist of the Year and Best Feature of the Year at the local Feleb’s Awards, where he was a runner-up in both categories. Fury has performed at numerous notable events, including #SaveKidsFromWinter, Hillbrow Radio Food Festival and the Ke Hip Hop Dawg Show by South Boys Entertainment.
He is also scheduled to perform at The Orange Far Fashion Show on 28 September. Despite a challenging 2023, when he battled a severe illness that led to the loss of his eye, Fury’s resilience shone through.
His latest EP ‘Salvation’ released in May, reflects his journey of overcoming adversity. The standout track, ‘Made It Out’ has resonated deeply with fans, encapsulating his struggle and triumph.
When he’s not making music, Fury enjoys spending time with family and friends or delving into books, valuing knowledge greatly.
He is currently working on a new single, ‘Articulate’ featuring Taynine The Yunging and Jerome, set to release next month.
