Young Tigers and Positive Living People FC dominate PLPDL weekend matches

Community Football League matches over the weekend of 27 July brought excitement and a flurry of goals across various age groups.

At Solwazi Ground, Drieziek 5, Positive Living People FC’s Under 11 and Under 13 teams emerged victorious with scores of 1 – 0 and 3 – 1, respectively, against Stretford Young Tigers FC Team B. In another set of matches, Young Tigers FC’s U13 and U17 teams triumphed over Mighty Paradise FC with scores of 2 – 1 and 3 – 0, respectively.

Over at Hazulu Ground, Ext 9, Phase 1, Stretford Young Tigers FC Team A dominated their matches, defeating Vision 2025 FC across all age categories: U11 (3 – 0), U13 (2 – 1), U15 (4 – 2), and U17 (2 – 0). Additionally, 7/11 FC secured wins against Dona’s Mates FA in the U15 (1 – 0) and U17 (3 – 2) categories.

The weekend’s matches showcased impressive skills and sportsmanship, with teams and supporters alike enjoying a vibrant and competitive atmosphere.
