Lucas Mau-Mau Foundation calls soccer players for trials

The Lucas Mau-Mau Foundation extends an invitation to all aspiring athletes, aged 5 to 17, to participate in a two-day youth development trials, aimed at nurturing talent and instilling values of hard work and ambition.

Trials details: Date: 6 and 7 May (5 to 12 years), 8 and 9 May (13 to 17 years)

Time: 15pm – 17pm

Venue: Chris Hani Stadium

Gender: Boys and girls

Requirements: Birth certificate / ID copy, training kit and water.

Please note that accommodation and transport will not be provided. Booking in advance is required for safety and organizational purposes, as the Foundation aims to optimize the time spent with participating children.

Foundation Background: Established in 2017 by Sivuyile Lucas Mau-Mau, with over three decades of experience in sports, including as a player and coach, the Lucas Mau-Mau Foundation strives to provide elite training opportunities for players in South Africa, particularly in Orange Farm and surrounding areas.

The Foundation’s mission is to offer a professional environment for athletes to develop their skills and maximize their potential in sports and life. By partnering with like-minded clubs and prioritizing player and coach development, the Foundation aims to compete at the highest levels of play regionally and nationally.
