We Strive to Live’ charity day brings joy and hope to Drieziek 5 residents
In a heartwarming display of compassion and generosity, the community of Drieziek 5 experienced a day of giving and gratitude on 10 February.
Spearheaded by the tireless efforts of We Strive to Live, organisation this charity event left an indelible mark on the lives of many. The spirit of giving was palpable as Lerato Molahlehi, a beacon of kindness from Ext2, selflessly donated a plethora of clothes to those in need.
Joining in the noble cause, Elaine Porgieter and the esteemed organization Meals on Wheels Walkerville contributed their support, further enriching the event with their donations.
The success of the day was not merely measured by the tangible gifts distributed but by the invaluable sense of community fostered by the We Strive team. Led by dedicated individuals like Sophie Ntsubulane, Mpumi, Palesa, Thabile, Dimakatso, Lerato, Akahlulwa, Katleho, Siviwe, Refilwe, and many others, the team worked tirelessly to ensure that every donation reached those who needed it most.
