Mpumi Mohale aka Saint Sinner emerges as a force in the Kwaito music industry

Drieziek 1’s very own 18-year-old prodigy, Mpumi Mohale, known by his stage name Saint Sinner, is carving a niche for himself in the music world with his distinctive Kwaito sound.

Saint Sinner’s passion for music took root during his formative years, drawing inspiration from revered artists such as Kwesta, Spikiri, and Amaroto.

“My musical journey began in grade 7, exploring various genres, but it was Kwaito that truly resonated with me. Its beats captured my heart, steering me towards its path,” Saint Sinner told Orange Farm News.

His performances have spanned across diverse venues including Lehae, Lenasia, Ennerdale, Evaton, Vaal Monateng Café, and the 1st Annual Orange Farm Music Festival. His versatile musical style has forged significant connections with artists like Tman Xpress and Leemkrazy. Noteworthy appearances on platforms like Thetha FM and Timeline Radio have further solidified his presence in the industry.

Beyond music, Saint Sinner harbours a keen interest in fashion, drawing inspiration from iconic artist Oscar Mbo. Currently, he is dedicating his time to mastering the art of DJying, honing his skills for a multifaceted artistic pursuit.

His aspirations soar high as he dreams of etching his name among industry giants, aiming to collaborate with DJ Zan-D, DJ Kaymoworld, Kwesta, and Kabza de Small. Saint Sinner’s ambition extends beyond personal success; he hopes that his music will serve as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring artists, uplifting them along their creative journeys.
