Steve Biko Primary celebrates outstanding achievements in sports and academics

On 10 November, Steve Biko Primary in Ext 2 proudly hosted the Sports and Academic Awards, recognizing the outstanding achievements of their top performers.

The ceremony aimed to inspire students to actively engage and excel both in sports and academics. Notable among the awardees was Wisani Hulisani, acknowledged as the best player. Thotho, recognized as the Outstanding Player, served as the captain during the school’s triumph in Orange Farm, advancing to the District level. An event, held at John Orr Technical College in Auckland Park, showcased the boys’ commendable representation of Orange Farm schools, fostering hopes for another year of excellence in 2024.

With a strategic mix of learners, including those from grade 6, the school looks forward to continued success. Collaborating with Supersport United, the school anticipates further excellence. The event concluded on a high note, with delighted winners carrying home their well-deserved awards, leaving parents and teachers filled with pride.
