FTASD highly motivated after reaching Love Life School Games’ semis
Fortune Talents Academic and Sports Development FTASD) is working towards becoming a dominant team in Orange Farm after making it to the semi-finals of the U15, Top 32 Love Life School Holiday Games which started in 27 June and is set to to end on Thursday, 6 July.
The games are organised by Eyethu Elite Sports, Culture and Youth Development with matches played at Raphela Sports Ground in Ext 3.
To reach the semi-finals, FTASD beat Vision 2025, 6-5 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in full time. They also defeated Action FC 5-1 amongst others.
FTASD’s coach, Bethuel Motolo, told Orange Farm News: “We came to this tournament highly motivated, the boys have been enjoying themselves. Winning it will be a huge achievement that is good for our profile and will help the team grow. We will also be able to take in more players.”
