Beat winter blues with cabbage bone stew

Ingredients 

500g beef bones

1/2 medium cabbage, cleaned

1 onion, chopped

1 beef stock cube

1 TSP paprika

1 TSP BBQ spice

1 TSP steak n chop spice

1 TSP rajah mild curry powder

3 TBS minestrone powdered soup

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Cook the beef bones for an hour until they soft

Step 2

Shred that cabbage and put it aside

Step 3

Then add the beef stock to the bone stew and spice it

Step 4

Once the meat is soft and tender the add the onion

Step 5

Stir until it cooked and after that add the shredded cabbage

Step 6

Prepare the soup and pour it the the cooked cabbage stew once cooked the stew can be served. Enjoy it with pap.
