Meet Adelia Nqubuka, our Babes weHustle of the Week

This week we are crushing on Adelia Nqubuka, the founder of Adelia Creations Enterprise, a construction and landscaping company which is currently working to beautify Eyethu Mall through its landscaping with three locals employed for the project. She’s also building toilet blocks for a school in the Eastern Cape.

She entered this male dominated industry in 2016 and has persevered against all odds to prove that women in construction cannot only make it but they can also be key players in the industry. While securing the bag and building a legacy, she has created many jobs for locals in and outside Orange Farm.

Adelia has been a part of Investec Business School, Women Creating Wealth, Graca Machel and Zanele Mbeki Fellowships to name a few.

She shared: “Entrepreneurship is not an easy journey, it requires consistency and commitment. Always aim high and never give up. All the programs I have been part of helped me grow.”
