Orange Farm’s Pantsula la Jam exhibits at the Rand Show

Orange Farm entrepreneur and All Day Jam founder, Gontse ‘Patsula La Jam’ Selaocoe, exhibited his products at the Rand Show which took place from 6 to 10 April in Nasrec.

The Rand Show provides a platform for small, medium-sized and big businesses to showcase their products and services with the opportunity to interact with over 80 000 visitors, the more than 400 exhibitors successfully build brand awareness and generate sales and new leads.

Gontse told Orange Farm News: “It was a wonderful experience to exhibit at the such a show, I thank Innovation Hub and the Department of Economic Development for providing me with an opportunity to showcase my products and grow my network. I’m close to achieving my goal to supply big retail stores, hotels, restaurants and all the places that regularly use jam.”

He added: “I don’t want my products to just fill shelves, I want them to sell. All Day Jam must grow and be found everywhere where it’s available to everyone. I need a big space to run my business operations, our garden space won’t be enough when demand grows as a result of supplying local, national and international stores. So far, I’m grateful for the opportunities and positive responses I have been getting.”

Gontse was inspired by his grandmother to start producing jam using tomatoes, melons and peaches from their garden. The Jam has four yummy flavours – tomato, melon, peach and pear – and only outsources pears for the production..
