Hake fillets recipe for Easter


6 hake fillets; 2 eggs; 1 cup flour; 1 teaspoon mixed herbs spice; 1 and 1\2 teaspoon aromat; 1 teaspoon mixed grill spice; 1 \4 cup canola oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Place two separate bowls each for beaten eggs and another one pour flour, mixed herbs,aromat, and mixed grill spice, then combine

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, then dip fish into eggs, then I to flour mixture and fry till golden brown and crispy

Step 3: Served with lemon squeeze just a bit of a juice for taste
